Our Salesperson, Rianna was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and supportive even when challenges arose from me dealing with their other location. I have not received my trailer yet so I cannot speak to functional quality of the trailer yet.

We purchased a 2021 East to West Della Terra at the end of November. We bought new to avoid any issues and that’s all we’ve had!!!! ISSUES!!! When it was delivered to us the stability Jack broke and thankfully they sent us a new one but the great service stopped there! Our furnace never worked, the toilet flange is stuck shut and won’t drain into tank, the bathroom sink has a leak that sprays everywhere, the kitchen sink has started to break from the seal and separate! All I am getting is the run around FROM EVERYONE! No one will help me and get a service tech out to us! Once we left the lot the service went south everyone points finger to call someone else and basically I have been left to “find your own mobile mechanic and then submit to see if we will reimburse”. This is not what I call lifetime warranty and Did I mention we purchased the extra extended warranty on top of it?!!! We have used this camper 2x and this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! Do NOT BUY!!

I wish I could give more stars because the salesman and the selection were great. Once you sign...the customer service is a joke. I started calling for my annual check up to keep the warranty when the salesman and maintenance people told me to. Nobody would call me back. Now, the warranty team believes I have been given a “grace period” because the company would not return my multiple calls to schedule an appointment. I have reached out to Forest River and told them what “service” the people they are partnered with is giving to their clients. Forest River was helpful and agreed to send what we needed. Long story short, they either need more people or less clients because they are clearly overwhelmed and backed up.
