Sale advisor named Jenny was extremely rude, when she was asked a question about a bag she came walking and looking at her cell while dictating a text , she looks up says we don’t have it and looked down and continue to text. They had a bunch of sales advisors and nobody asked if we needed help. We felt judge by our appearance which was normally dress but not overly done. I won’t ever go back or give my sale to them! Interview before hiring and avoid rude advisors. Over at Valentino’s they had great Sale advisors!!!! I ended up buying a bag and their sandals! Will have to buy my channel bag at another store. 0 stars if I could

I had the worst experiance ever in this place, Chanel has to chose who to hire. The boutique is big and beautiful but the SA's are ver rude, you can be there shopping and another customer enter and the SA who is helpping you can leave you alone and go help the new customer if she/he felts that you are going to buy somerhing cheaper or so. Also they don't know their inventory or the time for parts of their bags to be availbale for sale. Not only me who had this bad experiance one of my friend too. I will never go back there
