This place is so clean, you could eat off the tables in the waiting room. The staff was amazing.. from the front to the back I felt so welcome. The nurse Jamie was so gentle when giving me my COVID test. Thank you!! The P.A. Jessica was so sweet and very informative. This is my new spot for medical emergencies. I don’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for making me feel at home. \u003c3

Very nice staff. Clean space. Conveniently located on PGA and Prosperity. Open 365 days a year.

Did online Check In prior to arrival. Completed registration. Waited an hour to be called back. So far, not too bad - the two girls at the front desk were overwhelmed with walk-ins and phone calls, as well as only having one “provider” that day - I felt bad for them. Especially bad when I was finally taken back to a room and saw that one “provider” just chit-chatting with someone who could have been a nurse possibly (she was looking at her phone). The very sympathetic MA took my vitals and a few questions. The physician came in and actually gave a loud sigh as though he couldn’t be bothered as I am sitting there in great pain and unable to speak well because my throat was so swollen. Without any testing, he declared I had strep. Great, that’s what I thought too. He did give me injections to kick-start the recovery process, which I appreciated, but he acted as if he had somewhere to be. This is only my PERCEPTION, but with a waiting room full of sick people (one who is sounded like was COVID positive and symptoms were not improving) and the poor girls and the front desk having to tell people it would be an hour wait, why was this only provider not hustling a bit? Why were we waiting while he took a 10 min break between each patient? Very disappointing experience! Two stars for the front desk girls, the MA, and the injections.

Came in for follow up covid test having tested positive on Feb 9. Again we lucked out and the test was performed by Glenda who is just the best!

They have a horrible policy. I would not recommend for any urgent issues. My aunt is 94 years old and had a lacerations requiring sutures. The staff was very disrespectful and refused to see her because she did not have a drivers license. I had a horrible experience. The staff had called fire rescue and the police; who also though that policy was very silly. After her injury our first thought was she needed urgent care and that facility is not equipped for these kind of urgent issues. We were willing to cash pay and they still refused to see her. They told us to call corporate, who was of 0 help. Overall I would not send my worst enemy to this place .
