I recently purchased a vehicle from Rocco here. It was a smooth and easy process. Rocco and his team were awesome! I even brought the car for a check up and a wash. They were quick, professional and friendly! I'm definitely happy i went here and plan on going back for a truck very soon!

I currently have my Vehicle in for service. But was late. I called ten minutes after my allotted time to let the service advisor know I’m running behind and was told that I missed my window and they would try and get it done.the operator told me she would transfer me to someone to help me and just sent me to a random Voicemail. I myself am a service manager in the marine industry and I would Never treat my customers in this manner. I in my opinion find this rude and unprofessional. Also on my previous service I asked for a tire rotation and it wasn’t done. Now I have a set of uneven tires and are forced to buy a new set. What an inconvenience, I’m thinking I should take my vehicle to west palm Kia instead. Let’s see how this turns out today. Quick update. When I left Kia the service department told me I need rear brakes and my rotors done. I’m at another local shop getting my tires replaced and I did an inspection and they are fine. Also after this review I was contacted twice by them and they tried to offer me 100 credit. I told them you can’t buy me and to fix the problem not just offer people money. Wow. So they quoted me over 1000 for brakes rotors and air filters. Very upsetting that they think people are that dumb.
Giovanni Aguilar is a very good sales advisor. He welcomed my family and I. Everything was done in a timely manner. Giovanni Aguilar definitely gave off good vibes. He kept checking up on us to make sure we were good. And I'll definitely be coming back to get my car service more. Thanks alot Giovanni Aguilar you did an awesome job.
Dealership added 6100 to advertised car price of 9900 in garbage fees Sales person was very difficult to understand due to her accent. Deceiving, Waste of time, find an honest dealer Would not go back, don't recommend
Imab, Dan, and Keisha made my experience so easy! Keisha called me to set up my appointment and sent me a video about the car. Imab showed me the car and took me on my test drive. He made it painless and fun. Gave me all the details and safety features of the car which made me want it even more. Then Dan helped me finance a good deal and took my money....but it was worth it. Overall great experience
