I love the Peter Millar line. I have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars in Peter Millar at Nordstrom and three of their company stores. My interaction with this store is my last purchase. The sizing wasn’t adequate on an online order so we tried to return parts of the order to our local store. They were rude and wouldn’t accept the return despite it having arrived two days prior and us bringing in the email receipt and the pamphlet which clearly dictates that the customer is able to return online merchandise to any retail store. The way they handled a 600 return lost a good customer for life. The clothing retail landscape is extensive and I will give my business to companies that provide good customer service.

Location is hard to beat in Palm Beach on the island. Clothes there never disappoint, sales staff very friendly, but again, I was on Palm Beach Island so we come to expect friendly attention. Easy to shop here for a somewhat budget-conscientious wallet.
