Instead of waiting on a cab at a random corner, I decided to call for a pick up. The female dispatcher on the phone was friendly and quoted us a pick up time within ten minutes. Approximately six minutes after the initial call, I received a call to inform me the cab was two minutes away. I received another call that it was one minute away. The cab arrived within ten minutes of my call. Great driver, Dipesh, was friendly and an excellent driver. In the future, we will call ahead for a ride. Hassle free and convenient!

I contacted a few companies to try to hire a small van and the only person that called back was Alan at Desert Lux. I called him about three weeks prior to the event and we went ahead and booked his services he kept in touch with us on a regular basis up until the event and the day of the event he showed up promptly as promised brought some water for us and some little portable fans as we were going to be outside and it was very warm he knew exactly where to go the trip went flawlessly all 10 of us in his van were very happy with his driving his service and his personable attitude it was a pleasure to deal with desert Lux and will always use them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone

Allan has been our driver for the past 6 years. He is reliable , clean , friendly , professional and knows all the ins and outs of Palm Springs and Palm Desert. He has the cleanest vehicles I have ever been in , hands down. Our annual girls trip is always compete with Allan as our driver. Whether to and from the airport or around town in the evening , Allan is awesome. Highly , highly recommended.
