It has now been a year that I have started going to Fitness 42, and it has began to feel like I have a family over there. I,myself have never been one to love exercising but as I started to go to this gym with my husband I have clearly began to love it. The coaches there have been the most supportive and have pushed us to do our very best. All the people that go there are very friendly and you feel comfortable and safe there. My son has began to go to Fitness 42 and he has just loved it. With all that has been going on ,exercising is a great way to manage any stress that you may have. I am extremely great full for everyone in this gym, and be with this Fitness 42 family for a long time!

Next month, will be one year since I started my fitness journey with Fit in 42 and there is NOT one bad thing I can say about this studio. I began with “trying out” classes and fell in love. Next thing ya know, I’m signing up for the 42 day program: gaining muscle and losing body fat.... Quarantine was difficult, but they offered zoom classes for us and our kids, not to mention their app with guided workouts on them. Finally, we were back at the gym! Inside... Outside... It didn’t matter, I was home! This gym is my Fit Family. I look forward to going every day, sometimes multiple times a day. The Coaches are absolutely amazing. If there are mental, physical, or nutritional challenges that arrive in your life, they have your back 100%. They make time for you, they listen to you, they care about you, and they make this studio what it is. I am so happy I found Fit in 42 and I recommend it to anyone who wants a lifestyle change. It is the best gym around!

If working out with others in a group setting is motivating to you, if you appreciate a different workout created for you every day and want the added benefit of a coach to help you out...look no further. The people, both staff and members, are genuine. The culture here is fun and they’re constantly coming up with ways to keep it that way. Def give Fit in 42 a chance. You’ll love it!

Fit in 42 Lean Mommy Makeover is great. You learn so much about fitness and nutrition. They have a very friendly and welcoming environment. Coaches are great, very encouraging and supportive. They offer early morning, afternoon and evening classes. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who wants to jump start their fitness journey.
