Have lived here for the last 4 years just renewed my lease last month as well. The place is very quiet and the people are very cool. I live in a villa and my pad is on the golf course and is huge. The management is on top of things and quick to respond. The larger pool and jacuzzi area has become a pretty good social place to hang out. I love it here.

I had a year long training in Palm Springs for work and needed to rent an apartment. I came across the Canyon Villas Apartments. Lupe, the manager, was very helpful and worked with me to quickly get my paperwork and everything in order for my move. If I ever needed anything, management was super quick and responsive, which wasn't often because I never really had any issues while living here. I instantly fell in love with the place when I saw it. The mountains create such a great backdrop and the pool was a nice touch, especially with the scorching temperatures during the summer. I also loved this apartment because it's super close to downtown. I was so lucky to have found this place. To even further add to my experience here, my neighbors were such sweet people and the rent wasn't super expensive either. I highly recommend giving Canyon Villas a try.
Great bang for the buck. I have bounced around to quite a few communities and I have found the one that fits me. The 1 bedroom is very spacious and has a great view. Lupe and the staff are wonderful and its very quiet.
A NIGHTMARE!!! TOO MUCH NASTY CIGARETTE AND CANNABIS SMOKE - EVERY 15 min. Horrible management and ownership.
Been living here for the last 2 years and I really like it. Everything is well maintained and the staff is nice. You are close to the mountains and the complex is very quiet. It is really close to the hiking trails and where I have my horse at Smoke Tree Stables.
