I never tried German sausages before but it was pretty good! Waitress was really sweet and was nice enough to give us a large table outdoors too. The experience exceeded my expectations given circumstances regarding COVID. I also liked that they asked a couple who were not wearing their masks to put their masks on this place definitely follows safe procedures. I would love to come back here again

I purchased a membership a year ago relying on renting from the Palm Desert location. I ride with a group on Tuesday mornings and would pick up a bike on Monday afternoon and returning the bike on Tuesday afternoons. Within 1 month after joining, EagleRider they moved their location to Palm Springs which is 10 miles farther from my home and not open on Mondays.If EagleRider would have disclosed to me at the time of joining that they we’re moving from Palm Desert to Palm Springs, I would have never joined because it completely defeated my purpose of joining. In addition to moving and being closed on Sunday and Monday, every time I went to reserve a bike, they would tell me it’s not confirmed and would notify me on the day I wanted to pick up the bike it wasn’t available. After constantly being disappointed with EagleRider I requested to cancel my membership and return all membership fees and a credit for a bike I paid for and had reserved in AZ which was canceled because the AZ location was closed because of Covid.Not only did they refuse to cancel my membership they would not return the money I paid for a bike I never rented. They told me I couldn’t cancel my membership or refund me the money I paid in advance for the bike in AZ. Out of frustration with EagleRider, I decided to purchase a a Honda Goldwing which is the only Silver Lining to this bad decision I made dealing with EagleRider. If your considering purchasing a membership or attempting to rent a bike from EagleRider, I strongly suggest you don’t.

We live in Canada but were booking bikes in the USA. Online booking was simple even though we called the North Palm Springs location a few times to ask questions before we booked online. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the whole process went off without a hitch. Wonderful experience! Would definitely do again!
