Today, it was just a horrible experience!. I paid 130.37 water bill for the month of October 2020. After posting the payment receipt, a warning appeared on the screen indicating there was a problem with the payment. Thinking it was my mistake, I checked and observed that my payment was not posted and that the invoice was still unpaid. Therefore, I proceeded to pay and, this time I got a confirmation. A few minutes later, I verified my banking account and I observed that the same payment on 10/10/2020, was posted twice! Evidently, this new system is deficient or the data processors need further training. Please correct this problem ASAP. My name is not Mr. Sjaaheim. I am using his computer. I am Ms. Sinot.

I had a great experience here, and I bet you can too! The young girl at the desk was wonderful and greeted EVERYONE that walked in the door. Even spoke Spanish if you need that. Easy process to open account, yes it cost 160, but so what. You get it back (150 of it) when you close account. Just pay your bills like you're supposed to and you have nothing to worry about! And here's a tip for lifeinstead of coming in this place expecting bad things (or any place for that matter), try something different for once, expect good things! and even if you don't feel you're getting good service give love to the people working behind the counter instead of anger and Hate. This simple principle applies anywhere. Simply remember that maybe they are just having a bad day. Maybe you give them your good energy! Then can change everybody's day for the better:-) Ask yourself this- do you want to feel good? Or feel crummy?. That's an easy one right?! Haha & you don't even need Google to find the answer for that one--- haha. Harold Peck JR SUNshine State resident
5pm at night during COVID I paid my bills stil shut down my water .
The most expensive water on earth. They charge you very high even when you are on vacation!! Insane. Same water bill from the month that there were 3 people in the house and 1 person the following month. 4,000 galloons for 1 month for one person? WOW. Just wow!!
