I met Tim and David and had a 5 star rating discussion and talked and talked about this and that and everything they promised , they delivered. I don’t understand these other reviews simply because mine is remarkably great. Beautiful cabinets take time folks. And listen if your cabinets are going to be the best looking cabinets in the entire neighborhood then so what if they are arrogant? Not me. I will say this lastly, The cabinets are the best you’ll find anywhere. Don’t be like the lady that goes off someone else’s review and don’t even go see the place for them self that’s pretty pitiful

Very beautiful cabinets but after seeing Michael's review, nope! Thank you Michael I will look elsewhere for sure!. The reason for 3 stars is it is neutral and because I haven't dealt with them personally and I won't, eh, maybe 2 stars. I don't like arrogant people. I don't wanna have someone making my cabinets and they have an I don't work for you attitude. It stops right here and I'm glad Google gives consumers the ability leave a review to warn others. Chow
made several trips to their shop, left messages and even emailed. received one phone call back from Tim Masdon two weeks later and told he would be working on the quote and that I would have it in a couple days. After a week had passed, I called Tim Masdon back to inquire as to the status on the quote, his response was the exact same as the week prior, he will be working on it and get back to me in a couple days. Glad I did not wait on Tim Masdon as two months later I still never got that quote that he was working on. They are a small shop, not responsive and have a very dismissive attitude towards available work . I stood at their shop door waiting to have someone come greet me and discuss what i needed and the workers kept looking at me and going about their business. my recommendation...go to someone else who is professional, courteous and has customer service skills.
