I have had some billing issues with them. I was supposed to be paperless with billing, but missed a month and got a hard copy in the mail that I was in arrears. Called billing and explained. Was told they were having problems with billing in my area and they would fix it. No payment was taken?? First of next month still no bill paperless or hard copy and my water was cut off. Lots of time spent trying to get this fixed, and was in the shower when they water went off. They wanted me to pay an extra 25.00 reconnect fee and come in to the office as well. I finally got in touch with my account person Tabitha and she took my payment in full over the phone and hopefully someone will turn my water on this afternoon. The reconnect fee is disputed but still shows owed as of today?? The BIG problem of getting my billing to me yet again remains to be solved but I got billing dates and put them in my calendar for reminder in case I dont see next months bill in a timely manner.

I don't understand why people complain about no online service. I do all my request, payments, and other needs online. Maybe people just don't know how to use the website. If you are complaining about the bill, I strongly suggest anyone who loves to wash their car or water their grass; to get a second meter, and your bill will be much, much lower. A second irrigation meter does NOT charge for sewer which is a CITY fee NOT Agua Sud. I have a sprinkler system and my bill for my home is seperate from the irrigation meter. Made a HUGE difference. PS. You can request and do a payment plan for the second irrigation meter online.
This water company takes a advantage of their customers. This is the second time in 4 yrs they send me a very high bill claiming I owe back pay. They replaced old water meter with smart meter in February and now claim I owe 1,200 in back pay for 2 yrs. That according to their calculations we use 15,000 of water a month that's insane. Not once have they actually checked my meter yet I'm to blame for not leaving my gate open . Excuses after excuses with them I hope they catch them for fraud soon.
Worse place ever! They never answer the phone call and they act like if they are super busy. Answer the phone ppl stop chatting!!
Horrible customer service!! It doesn’t even deserve the one star rating!! I was waiting in line for more than 30 minutes!! then someone answered and said if I could hold again so I told her, ma’am I’ve been holding for more than 30 minutes already. And just like that she hung up the call!!
