Too many times I've been told that my order will be ready tomorrow or the following day. It's not like I called 4 hours before closing time. In addition, I ve been given another person's medicine and charged the wrong amounts. I refuse to fill my prescriptions at this location but my family loves HEB. If you don't know how to bill the insurance company, ask the most experienced staff member available.

Very careless technicians do not use your insurance and instead cash you out. Also get notified your medication is ready and when you get to the location nothing is ready this will be the last time I will use this location.
Worst pharmacy ever !! Got an antibiotic from my doctor on Thursday and was told like t be ready until Friday. You would think stuff would be more on the ball bout meds. On the op of that the staff were rude saying I would of told them that it was n emergency tnat I needed the antibiotics as soon a possible really you go to the Dr cause you are sick and if Dt gives you antibiotics it’s cause you need it now not 24 hrs later. WOW!!!!
Worst pharmacy ever!!! Staff is so rude! Our doctor sent the prescriptions at 11:00 A.M.. We arrived at 12:00 P.M. waited for a bit and asked about our perceptions. We were told it would be an hour more. This lady dropped her prescriptions off in person and they told get they would expeditethem to be ready in 20 minutes! When i asked the lady why they would give us different times she couldn't give me a response and said she didn't know and that it wasn't her fault (in a very rude manner).
I live 2 minutes away from this store and I much rather drive to Peñitas for Walmart. This store is horrible all around including their pharmacy.
