Took the railroad spike knife making class. It was awesome. All the instructors were nice and willing to help. If you are thinking about taking a class, just do it. The knife you make is really cool too.

Six of my friends and I called ahead and asked to make some knives with Greg. He was an amazing host and teacher. We were able to forge our own knives and even throw some axes while we were there. If you’re even remotely curious, give it a shot, it’s a lot of fun and you get to bring your creation home with you. Thanks again Greg!!! Hope to make it back soon.
Drunken Smithy is a great way to get introduced into the world of blacksmithing. The products are amazing and the instructors are very friendly. They help you through every step of the process while letting you do most of the work yourself.
