Excellent small plates. Each a joy. Hard to limit yourself. Staff is very pleasant, informed and helpful. Give it a try!

Arguably one of the best restaurants in Philadelphia. The service is more professional and attentive than any high end place of which you've heard. The food is absolutely amazing! Which begs the question - why haven't you heard of Paloma? Recommended for great food and special occasions.

The food here is exquisite, carefully prepared and delicious. If you wonder what is meant by haute Mexican, just imagine Mexican as a concept with French cooking techniques and more delicate outcomes to taste. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is very high end quality but with reasonable prices. Service is also excellent and byob is a great bonus. You will only have a good experience here.

This was a beautiful dining experience. Clearly Mexican, but this inspired cuisine is nothing you've had before. The menu was sophisticated, yet accessible. It combined delicious ingredients creatively and presented them beautifully - without forgetting that the purpose of being there is to eat. The quiet dining room warrants special accolades, allowing us to actually converse in a normal voice while dining. That a treat! The best appetizer in our group was probably the poached jumbo shrimp and huitlacoche in habanero-chardonnay sauce, served in a puff pastry nest, though I loved my cold basil bisque with smoked salmon. I normally steer clear of cream, but this satiny soup was rich and yet refreshing. As for entres, we all had fish specials, nobody was sharing tastes, and everything disappeared quickly. For dessert, the creative, unique sorbets will satisfy anyone wanting a light and refreshing wrap up to the meal, but we also needed a slice of the sweetly tart lime cake to finish us off for the night. Don't forget booze. Have a good time.

Make sure you don't leave without trying the mushroom flan!
