I chose to go to this facility since I had a bad experience with someone at the other one, but ended up having to wait over an hour at this location! They only had one phlebotomist. To my surprise, it was the same lady I had last time from the other building! She messed up my order last time. Apparently she is covering for people at this location because they weren’t getting days off. She continued to make mistakes like printing out my labels and then saying she forgot to put STAT on them.

Had a great experience today getting my blood drawn. Joyce was wonderful, smiling, and caring and super good at drawing blood. Have had numerous bad experiences with getting stuck sometimes several times before success. Joyce did this painlessly. I highly recommend visiting this lab. Thanks Joyce and wish you all the best.

You walk in and the motion detector that is on the wall continues to chime until you move away for it, except you can’t move unless the people in front of you do. So while you’re politely awaiting your turn it continues to go off while the lady at the front desk looks at you with disdain for making it chime. Once she finished with the person in front of us, she looks up and acknowledges us so we step up to the counter, start to ask a question and she gets very rude saying she’s still with the other people, ok-they left so I’m not sure how that is. So we sign in and sit down. We’re called back up a minute later, because ‘now’ she’s free. Not the kindest staff and not very professional.

Had to spend 3 hours at this location today and even though blood draws are never fun, Stephanie is amazing! She is so welcoming, comfortable, and great at her job! I got there at 8am and not only was she the only one there (which sounds like an everyday thing) it was really busy but she was fast, efficient and on time regardless of how overwhelming it may have been. She is professional and smiley and if it wasnt for her the time spent there would not have been as great! Thank you Stephanie!

U N D E R S T A F F E D !! There is an older lady staff that takes FOREVER to do what she has to do. They need at least 2-3 workers especially if they’re super busy !!
