I recently purchased the Thin Blue Line concealed carry holster and belt. In 14 years of law enforcement, I’ve carried many off duty holsters, and this is by far the best holster I’ve carried. The Mernickle Holster is the only leather holster I’ve found that does not collapse and allows you an easy one handed reholster because of the unique double lining design. It’s also the most comfortable holster I’ve worn, and I can draw and reholster from a seated position. The attention to detail is superb, and the thin blue line stitching is an excellent reminder of the responsibility that law enforcement carries daily. The thickness of the belt and the high quality leather ensures it will last for a long time. I like the American flag imprint and the thin blue line stitching detail. The belt complements my holster perfectly both with design and function. I am also proud to carry a Mernickle rig because of their promise to donate part of the proceeds from this line to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. -Ofc. I’ve had a number of holsters from Mernickle Holsters, some from previous owners and some from the new - the quality has remained high and I am always getting enquiries from people at my Range Club on where I got them. I’ve no hesitation is telling them where to get their own version. Also they were able to make a holster for me that no other company had the gun blank for (they DID!) Great service response - I never went more than a few hours to get an answer to the questions i had (I live in Ireland - hence the time differance!)

I was in need of a belt slide for shotgun and 45 long colt while at a Wild Bunch match. I asked if they had any and the answer was unfortunately not. A friend of mine sent me a text telling me to go to the Mernickle tent right away. I had received the message after hours. The next morning I was shooting at 8:00 an the Mernickle tent was not open. To my surprise up walked Ivy with the slide I needed. They went above and beyond finding me that slide. They are a class act and care about the people that matter the most to them. SHOOTERS. Howlin' Wolf does beautiful work and gets the work done quickly. He also enjoys doing custom work and is always coming up with new products. He is the only leather guy for me. My custom "Doc Holliday" inspired cross draw rig is amazing. Beautiful and performs flawlessly!
