Great place to do business with. Not only do they offer some of the best prices online, they tend to have a great selection, and their shipping times were not too bad considering the amount of business online retailers are doing during the pandemic. I highly recommend this establishment. They also have a physical store, and offer great service even over the phone. Got the gun I couldn't find anywhere else. Responded to every email. Got the gun in 10 days which was expected. Not sure why they got such bad reviews but for my first online gun purchase it went very smooth. Just get your FFL to send a copy of their license. ( which I think is most peoples problem)
Back in January I ordered a large drum magazine for 45acp. The magazine took an incredibly long time to ship and when it finally arrived it was defective and actually had the rounds damaging my gun when they were attempting to cycle. I called in and spoke to a women who was very short with me and refused to offer any kind of return and said she would send me information to contact the manufacturer. It is now over two day later and I have received no such information. Over all the customer service was incredibly bad and I would recommend ordering through any of the alternative sites such as palmetto/ primary arms...
