Came in today with full intentions of what couch I wanted to purchase. Then I was shown a different option and all my prior wants went out the window. We left without anything and got halfway down the road and made up my mind. We came back for a second time and bought the first couch we loved. Mike Bondi was extremely helpful and understood my indecisive nature. Chad the store manager was also fantastic, has been the best Ashley store I’ve ever been too. Shout out to the gentleman who spent 18 on his Starbucks too.

Pathetic, the right style and semi-reasonably priced furniture but could not give any kind of estimate as to when they could deliver! Not even an educated guess. What a fiasco.

Bought furniture in August, they said if I picked the power reclining sectional then it could take up to 6 months, so I didn’t get the power ones. My delivery date was October 16 they came with only one piece, it is now the end of November and I still have no delivery date. They are not keeping me updated I have been calling them once a week since all they ever say is we’re monitoring the shipment daily worst communication ever!! I paid in full in August!! I will never purchase anything from them again,, I’ve told everyone I know to stay away from this company. I feel like I was lied to then robbed.
