I just recently moved to Panama City, and was in search of my forever furbaby. I came across Bentley's picture on the website back in January, and fell in love. When I adopted him, he had absolutely no training, hadn't been socialized with people or other animals really. He was definitely a handful, but I felt I was up for the challenge. I have constantly been working with him, and he's doing great! He now knows commands, loves hugs, kisses, and just recently was prepared enough to go socialize on the beach with people and other dogs! He has come so far, and is doing amazing! He's definitely my sidekick
So proud of my boy Dakota (a stray taking in my care after the storm) I’m from Mexico beach FL with a powerful story. I met my bestfriend of a life time here at this here place! I named him Bolt! This is not my first go around here, although I rescued Bolt I also rescue a beautiful red nose pit bull puppy named (which me and my partner at the time Julia) named baby girl , after all it stuck , in which we adopted baby girl before the hurricane. She is very special! They are both emotional support animals for Julia and I. Now separated! Julia now in Denver and me here with bolt at the beach. We both are glad to announce baby girl is one of the first pits in Denver after the law passed. Thank you once again for all of you guys have done not just for us but for the animals! Sincerely
I honestly have no positive words for my experience with the young man or the woman on the phone. I am from out of state Washington state to be exact, found a puppy over the weekend abandoned to to see if it was chipped it’s not, got on all the Facebook sites I could find for Panama City for lost in a band and pets to see if anyone was looking for it, no one was. You were closed all weekend I did not find the puppy until Friday night you were closed,I take it in and then you tell me I’m responsible for it. You were closed what was I supposed to do was I supposed to leave it abandoned to get hurt. And then you tell me that that I am since I had been caring for it since Friday night when you were closed it is now my responsibility because I’ve been caring for it and didn’t bring it in to a facility that was closed and I have to make an appointment. Are you all understanding what I’m saying here? Does it make sense? You were closed I couldn’t bring the puppy in it’s illegal to abandon animals so I made sure it was safe and now I am being penalized because I didn’t wanna get in trouble for abandoning a puppy and now I have to have responsibility for it because you were closed. You guys are the worst facility I’ve seen it’s no wonder you have so many stray animals in this place
Very clean and professionally managed. Absolutely the best shelter I have ever be to in my lifetime.
