Very unprofessional and late which caused me to cancel my ride and go with another ride service. Upon canceling the ride I was cussed out and told “I hope you die on that plane.” Needless to say I would never recommend this company to anyone....
They confirmed a 3:45am pick up the day before but they never showed up or answered phone calls/texts. I ended up missing my flight because I couldn't get a hold of another cab company and there were no ubers. I understand its hard to keep employees but keeping customers stranded is not the right way of going about business.
Leaving 30A for airport, 4:20 no Uber available called PCB airport shuttle with 10 mins they picked me up on 30A and I was at the airport by 5pm. Excellent service, I will use them again.
Single female riding alone to Destin. The driver is extremely kind and courteous! Highly recommend for a safe pleasant ride home!
