We had a fantastic stay at La Luna and would recommend the property. Gorgeous location steps away from the beach and beautiful gulfs views from every bedroom, porch and living room. House is very clean with 5 king size bedrooms. Walking closets and bathroom in every bedroom. Heated pool, bikes and beach gear made our time very special. Location is optimal with a short bike ride to HUB, Seaside and Rosemary. Can’t wait till we can come back again.

This is an amazing find! The perfect 30A house. It is a bike -ride away from all the restaurants and shops, and you get to walk right up to the beautiful white-sand beach. The house is spacious enough to accommodate several families. The kids loved the bunk beds in the second floor, while I loved the master with the spacious bathroom. The master also has its own espresso bar, which lends itself to have a coffee in the private veranda before coming down to start the day. The cute carriage house attached to the breeze way is its own separate oasis, making it perfect for those that need a dedicated space for a young family with a baby, or in-laws. We loved the décor. All has a purpose and the house is well equipped with bedding, towels, and kitchen appliances and accessories. The management was helpful and we had all we needed at arrival. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. The pool is of a great size, and the hot tub, which you control with an app, was enjoyed by kids and adults. The view is incredible all day long, but specially at sunset. You can see the beach from almost every room in the house. We will definitely be coming back again this year.

Very Disappointing Customer Service My hope is that sharing my experience with Paradise Properties will help other customers before they book. Feb 24 we booked a one week stay for June. A couple of days later COVID-19 hit and I called Paradise about canceling our reservation. The woman I spoke with was kind and understanding, but said they were very busy and asked that I wait a little longer to cancel. I then called back a few weeks later and said that I was ready to cancel. I was placed on hold and passed around the office three times with each person providing a different reaction. I began to feel like I was being held hostage and I expressed that to them. They were not following through on their word. That's when Curtis stepped in. He is the COO. He was rude, pushy, and condescending. He told me that I was not getting my money back. I told him I was going to hire an attorney and he told me to go ahead. I did and I received a full refund. Such a shame that a company like this would try to hold a customer hostage rather than just doing the right thing. Had they worked with me when I asked them to I would have left them a great review citing the kind customer service and I would have become a loyal customer for many years. But instead they forced me to hire an attorney, they've lost a customer for life, and I will never recommend Paradise Properties to another customer. A great example of a short sighted approach to business.

So I had booked a vacation house in Seacrest Beach and I mentioned to the reservation agent that some of the family members may not be able to come because they were flying through Chicago which had a mandatory travel restriction. I asked if I could reschedule for the following summer. They said they would call the owner and see what they could do. The reservation agent got back to me and said that the owner said I could reschedule for another week in 2020. I was given no options, nothing else was said and she said that I should get with the members of my party and see what I wanted to do. I said OK “I will and I will call you back”. The next day when I called back my reservation had been unblocked and effectively canceled. She had purportedly written in her notes that I had said for her to unblock the week. Unblock?! Not even a word in my vocabulary. After playing ‘phone tag’ the company refused to give me back a full refund but instead the amount that they rebooked the vacation rental for. I, on the other hand, had found out that no one in my party could reschedule and so had to book another place at a much greater cost. What is so maddening is that they took the word of a reservation agent over a customer. Also took me forever to talk to a property manager or anyone to explain my side. So far I’m having a very good experience renting from 360blue.com. If you have to rent from these people just be very clear in your communications. If they’re trying to accommodate you(their side of the story) remember to say you don’t want to cancel. Also know that you can’t cancel your reservation but they can definitely cancel yours.

Do not list your house with this company. They are terrible! I did a long term rental for 1.5 years and was paid late multiple times with no communication. Was promised the tenant would pay for \minor\ things yet they always refused and left me with the bill. Told me I needed my French doors replaced and promised pictures of the \damage\ but never provided. My friend came and picked it up and reported the damage was absolutely minimal. They only have the best interest of the renter in mind at all times! There is a reason they are the cheapest for long term rentals. Leslie is the only bright spot since Ashley left. She was actually responsive - unlike the owner when it was anything that was not throwing them money.
