ok so I paid for my 2 children to attend the swim lessons put on by the club. Before I continue I will say I am not a member of the club. The communication was rediculas, by that I mean non-existent. The woman instructing the kids was very rude with me. She spoke to me like I was in the way and a burden to her day. I was told to show up at 10 am on a Thursday, I did and then was told my lessons started Monday at 10 so we left. came back Monday at 10 and then was told my little one had to be there at 9 so she missed the lesson. I was never given a schedule or time frame other than being told to be there at 10. The lesson itsself was hectic, too many children to one instructor and my son was pushed under the water several times by other children who already knew how to swim. He has no clue how to stay above the water (why we were in lessons) and instead of stopping these children the woman kind of ignored it because they were members and she knew them personally. She didnt show concern for my child at all... The next day was bad weather so I called 15 times in an attempt to check in and see if the lessons had been canceled. I left voicemails and never got an answer or a returned call. So, I will not be returning to complete the lessons and was told it's nonrefundable so I'm just counting it as a 30 lesson in doing better research!
