5 star food and service. SOPHIA (I think) brought our order curbside and it was missing two drinks. She thought a few seconds, kinda giggled and apologized remembering the drinks had been put on a different ticket. She says, don't go nowhere I'll be back in less than a minute with your drinks. She swiftly returned with them and asked if that was all, I grinned, and informed her that she was as cute as a speckled pup, and she was. She said to enjoy our meal and be safe. Cracker Barrel never let's us down in any way shape or form. Our first at this locale, Cracker Barrel is still in our top ten go to restraunts. RECOMMENDED !

This wasn’t the first visit, but it was the first for breakfast. The whole atmosphere of this place is great, all the tolls and photos on the wall, just takes you to a whole different time and place! Food is by enjoyable too! We had a small breakfast with some delicious holiday mimosas and some biscuits of course! It wouldn’t be a southern meal without some biscuits and gravy! There was one little mixup with the order in the kitchen and the server was very polite and fixed it right away. Overall the experience was enjoyable.
Good. When I came, the food took around 30 minutes, but I understand good food takes time. It was worth the wait. :) I got the fried chicken and it was very tender and delicious! My only suggestion is to make the portions a little larger. I would have liked it if the portions were a bit bigger because it was so good! Lol. Cool gift shop too and friendly staff that work there. Glad to have a Cracker Barrel here in Panama City. Thanks! Update: 5 stars I had a much better visit this time! The portions were great. Thanks!
Stopped by Cracker Barrel to get my wife her favorite breakfast meal. Deep fried turkey with hash brown, casserole eggs and pancakes. I was so disappointed when I got home. My eggs were running all over the place, my fried turkey was fried without batter.I called and spoke with Tiffanie the manager and she said she would remake the order so I drove back. Upon arrival, Tiffanie the manager explained that the turkey hadn’t been prepped the night before and the batter was sliding off the turkey. Why couldn’t that have been explained to me before I drove all the way back. She returned my money.I just feel like I was such an inconvenience. I went there to surprise my wife with breakfast. Order wasn’t right had to go back missed my doctors appointment going back then when I get there she told me the same thing happened again nobody loss but me , my surprise, my doctor’s appointment and my time. No courtesy no sorry no nothing just 10.80. My wife and I just recently started back eating at Cracker Barrel due to bad service and this seals the deal. Looks nothing like the picture.
If your looking for a good time and a nice meal this is a great place to go. They have kind server's and the food is great. They also have a gift center were you can purchase all sorts of things from clothe to toys in all it's a great experience
