***Update***: Johnny called me, and got everything sorted out. Purchased a sectional back in March, was told that the wedge was in the warehouse during the hurricane and it's condition was unknown. We were told if there was something wrong with it to contact them. Delivery drivers pretty much followed us home, which was awesome! It arrived in the condition shown below. We called them and they \ordered\ us a new one. Well, here it is, almost June! I have called several times, even gone back to the store and was assured it would be here \this Friday\ at least 3 different times. Last phone call I placed was a week ago to check on the status of my delivery I had scheduled prior to my vacation, because this time it was \arriving\ while I was out of town. I was told me they'd call me right back! Still waiting on that phone call... If you get everything you need all at once, I'm sure they are a great business. However if you have to order something, or have an issue with a product, I just hope you get better customer service than I have.
pricey for the items they have. Items that had a yellow dot sticker had no prices on them, but did notice they have defects or damaged. Do have some beautiful rugs tho..price..?
So I bought a mattress and adjustable bed 3 weeks ago and had it delivered. When it was delivered I was told he couldn't find the remote, but he ordered one and he was having it over nighted. I have had to check in weekly cause he doesn't call with updates. While he did give me a free rug for my inconvenience I have an adjustable bed that doesn't adjust! Very disappointed!
i went into this store with no actual expectations to be honest , im more used to going to chain companies for furiniture just because i've always felt it was easy to trust them and usually had good experiences. Going into this store i was surprised at how quickly i was helped. Usually i'm left alone for a few minutes and have to ask for help, but here i was greeted kindly and proffesionally by Johnny and he made the entire experience very pleasnt. He made the whole expereince seem like a conversation instead of a sale. i ended up buying all my living room set from this store and i'll definatly be back to finish decorating the rest of my apartment. Highly recommend!
