Ordered a cab one day in advanced, ordered it for 5:30 am. They didn't show up till 5:50 at the wrong address. I was late for work. Ordered 2 more cabs same day, was told 20 min and didn't show up an hour later. My last ride the doors in the back seat didn't work so I just had my pregnant wife ride up front and I walked home. Lucky the driver was a very nice guy and met me half way. I am very disappointed with this company and believe it or not this was the first time I used them. Will never order a cab from them I'll go with zippy.
