Bianca was so patient and helpful as I took my time deciding which couch, fabric and then pillows to accessorize with. Her knowledge was invaluable about the fabrics when I was considering our high traffic lifestyle with two kids and a dog. Everyone at checkout was also super helpful. Overall I had a great experience.

I went to the Outlet. Wonderful customer service. I wasn't treated any differently because I was shopping in the Outlet. I cannot remember the young man's name, but when he saw my foot (wearing an ankle brace gor support) he immediately wanted to get me electric cart. I politely declined saying that wasn't in that pain. I was asked if I had any further questions. They wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. The salesperson didn't even become frustrated with me when we had to change the appointment time.

I quite enjoyed this place! I was pleasantly surprised with their mantra. It's a no hassle, no bargain place, unlike a few other furniture stores I went to that seem to always have \50% off\ hahaha. Their prices were as written, with no changes. It was plain and simple. No pushy salesman, no oddities, and a very large and spacious showroom. The location may be unexpected, but it is quite nice and relatively modern. They say after a house and car, furniture is the next biggest expense - it was nice to see much more affordability here that didn't feel so daunting at all. It was quite the nice shopping experience :) Definitely recommend!

We loved this store. Beautiful selection. Prices not so beautiful haha but not terrible either. I would definitely recommend them over Ashley! The fact that you can choose the fabric on any couch makes the difference!
