My mom was hospitalized here for Covid for 2 whole months. I called every single day sometimes 3-4 times a day so anxious to know how she was doing. All of those times I called, I was treated with respect and by very nice nurses who cared for my mom. Although visiting was restricted, some nurses were so kind to let me see her from the hallway a couple times. Her Doctor was very kind and called almost every day even if there was no update. I found this very painful experience to be a little smoother on us by all the staff who were kind, compassionate, caring. Thank you to all the ICU team for caring for my mom for 8 long weeks. My heart will forever be grateful.

ER is a joke, I came here a yr ago due to car accident which dr was not willing to do any tests nor drug test to prove the chick who hit me was high as a kite. Now Surgery dept. did a gd job very caring, surgery went gd. But after care is soso the food sucks, you share a rm & some of the staff is nice n caring but not all!! No one is on same level!Just dont come here, I had bck surgery n they treated me like I was in a minor car accident, then rushed me out in a lot of pain and site area is infected!!!

Usually when you call the hospital no one answers the phone. 20-30 rungs isn't uncommon. Doctors will not speak with families. Nurses aren't helpful when you can reach them and patients can't get calls. The only time you can speak with someone is when they want you to come pick them up.

I wish I was able to select zero stars. If you have a choice not to send your loved one...PLEASE DON’T! My friend was finally doing better and was sent to this place to continue his recovery. Everything went declined from there! They neglected him, no physical therapy, forgot to turn on the feeding tube for almost 4 days and so much more! I'm disgusted with this place! I can only imagine how they treat people that don't have my family.
