helpful consumer service. i recently bought tickets to a concert with a 0 refund policy, but the night before the show i injured my knee in a soccer game. seeing as the concert was a standing room only show and i wasn't able to stand, i called and after a little while on hold they were able to fully refund my tickets!!!

They took amazing care of our group. The seats were great and the pricing was even better. If they tell you about tickets, you should place a 7 day hold right then because they sell out fast. We learned this the hard way and lost much better seats. Next time I'll have them hold the tickets immediately.
