A cultural, historical, and architectural gem! Saw a performance of Alvin Ailey II and it was nothing short of amazing.

Absolutely beautiful theater. I loved my sippy cup of wine and the show was amazing!

Our visit to the Pantages Theater to see Lyle Lovett was so pleasant. Compared to doing anything in Seattle, it was so easy! We parked on the street three blocks from the theater for 0.95. It was a short walk to dinner at the Spaghetti Factory, where there was no wait. The theater itself is amazingly ornate. There is not a bad seat in the building. My only complaint was that it became uncomfortably warm in the mezzanine where we were seated. We will certainly be back to see future shoes, only this time, we leave the warm clothes at home. The sheer simplicity of a night out at the Pantages was a huge plus, and an experience that can no longer be had in Seattle.

This is a fabulous theater to catch a musical! The original theater theme and decor is gorgeous and rich. I've seen a few shows from various vantage points. Not a bad seat in the house. Good location in Tacoma, close to restaurants and shops. Make a weekend of it!
