Pantalone funeral home went above and beyond to help my family during this difficult time. Nat, Melanie, Maureen, and their staff were very thoughtful and compassionate. Their care and concern before, during and even now after the funeral represents how great of a funeral home this is. If I had any questions, they were able to answer them and helped me understand what I needed to take care of. The actually funeral home was absolutely beautiful. I had many people make comments of how wonderful my father looked and how beautiful the funeral home was. Not to mention, the kind care that was given to every vehicle that was parked by their staff. After the funeral the staff brought everything to my house for me. I could not have asked for better support from them especially since this was such a tragic loss

My husband recently died, and we used Pantalone Funeral Home. We found Nat, Melanie, and their staff to be thoughtful, compassionate, and efficient. Everything we could have anticipated and then some was taken care of. The establishment was beautiful and well-cared-for as well. They made life’s worst time more bearable. We had many positive comments from out- of-town guests. Added bonus-valet parking!

My nephew was laid out there today and after the service my mother wanted to say goodbye to my nephew's children but their staff chased us out, they said go to your car and leave. Horrible treatment my mother (the grandmother ) of the deceased was extremely heartbroken . Never seen any funeral home treat the family like that. Completely rude!! UPDATE : The funeral home did call and apologise along with giving a gift card so my mother, her granddaughter and great grandchildren could go out to dinner . She enjoyed her time with them, it made her very happy. Thank you for your effort in making things right. It was very appreciated.
