We looked into this family park, one of the nicest parks in Tucson for families. I worked with Julian Barr and she was knowledgeable, honest and upfront . The community offers 3 pools, tennis/ basketball courts. A playground for the kids. BBQ areas throughout. Also the clubhouse hold bingo nights, happy hour daily and many other amenities for socializing. Gated and 24/7 security patrol along with regular TPD drive throughs. Highly well maintained park. Everyone has to he be cleared from violent felonies and felonies of any kind. So you can knkw your neighborhood is safe.

Super great people. Everyone is friendly. The grounds are well kept and everyone can have lots of fun at the clubhouse, where they hold weekly Project Linus quilt sewing meetings, many many scheduled activities to attend as well a a fantastic park bbq that's free to all tenants, a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner where your just asked to bring a dessert, Santa Clause always comes to see the kids, there's a pool table, the largest of the pools (3) and a heated huge lap pool, a jacuzzi, bbq areas, a playground and a basketball court, and the staff are amazing!

We own a manufactured, ground-set home in Pantano Vista. Quiet community. Approximately 1/3 of residents are snowbirds. Pools, tennis courts, basketball, and dog parks. Community activities.

The HOA here blows. You can't change your own oil, park in front of your own home at night, etc. It's also full of old people willing to tattle. The houses vary. If you don't care about an uptight HOA then it's actually pretty nice and safe.

A wonderful, gated community. My Mom bought a home there. The neighbors are great. Everyone cares about the community. There's a Clubhouse, three pools (2 heated year round), a hot tub and planned activities in this All-Ages subdivision.
