Do your research before giving this company your money. Not only will this company gouge you but they will continue to bill you for products that you already paid for in full. I called to find out why my account was being charged and I was told three different reasons by the same person. I was told it was rent for my machine. I let the lady know that I purchased the machine in full. She then told me, oh...well it's for the supplies. I then informed her that I hadn't received any supplies, nor had I ordered any. She then tried to tell me that it was for tracking my sleep. At this point I was heated because I was being lied to. I asked that she have her manager call me to explain the billing since she couldn't. No one called me. It was two weeks since that interaction and today I received a call asking if I was ready to re-up my supplies. I informed the person that I was still waiting to hear back from management about my bill. This lady told me she would transfer me to billing. The gentleman I was transferred to pulled up my information and let me know that the initial 800 payment, I paid already, was a down payment for my machine and the 81 a month charge was for payments on the balance of the machine. I looked up what the machines cost brand new for anyone to purchase. Not wholesale, MSRP. The price was 349.00 for the exact same machine I was sent. If I wanted a machine and 6 months sup[plies I could purchase this package for 529.00. So, like I said do your research before you give this company any money.

My helper name was Amanda. I visit the store twice and she was very professional and sweet to me. Know all about the equipment and very patient about working with me to show how to use all the pieces that comes with it. That means a lot to me and I sure to other because the mask can be very uncomparble and frightening. She made me feel very good about it all. Thanks for you all service.

I called main line to get my CPAP machine checked and I was instructed to take it to this location for a Tech to look at. I asked the lady do I need an appointment and she said NO. I took the machine to this location and I explained to the Tech that I was instructed to bring the machine without an appointment. In retaliation she made me wait for almost an hour saying she has other priorities to do because I came in without an appointment. I told her it was not my fault and she also stated she spoke to the rep. that I spoke to and let her know not to send patients without an appointment. After almost an hour of waiting I went to the lady seating outside Tech office and I asked her how long I have to wait? The Tech came out saying she will look at the machine but she made me wait in retaliation of coming without an appointment! Why retaliating unprofessional for something outside my control? I was instructed to come in and she even confirmed with the rep. spoke to but decided to punish me by making me wait for an hour while there was NO other patients waiting!!!

Amanda was very welcoming and went over every step with me. She was very knowledgeable about CPAP machines, usage, cleaning, etc. This was a very nice experience.
