This Dunkin’ location was great when it first opened. I have been a frequent customer since it’s opening. I would say it has gone down hill the past 4-5 months. I noticed there were new employees and that is when this problem started. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt at first (assuming they were still learning) but it has been a major issue for months on end and not improving. Every time I order a coffee and these certain employees are working it is messed up. I am lactose intolerant and I cannot have caffeine so it is very important to me that my order is correct. Every time I order and they are working at least one of those two is messed up. I have gotten coffees that are made with cream instead of almond milk or oat milk, I have gotten them made with caffeinated coffee instead of decaf, and a combination of both. It costs more to get the non dairy options, then they end up giving me something made with milk or cream. I have severe reactions when I drink caffeinated coffee. The many times I have came back inside to get my drink fixed the employees a very rude and always deny that they messed them up. As a frequent coffee drinker and someone who has tried many non dairy substitutes I know when my coffee is made wrong. This has been a huge disappointment for me because I enjoy Dunkin’s coffee. I have wasted so much money buying coffees from the Paola Dunkin location because I do not always have time to go back in and argue with an employee to get my coffee fixed. This situation needs to be fixed. People can have severe reactions from certain ingredients if their coffee is made wrong. I can no longer keep ordering coffee from Dunkin if this problem is not fixed.

Lousy experience. Totally didn't get what we ordered. And the donuts we got they stuffed all in a small bag and had absolutely no frosting left on them. Worst experiance since we sat at Sonic for 35min for drinks that weren't right. We don't eat there any more either.

Paola Dunkin Donuts is so much better than any other Dunkin Donuts I've been to and the staff is very nice!
