Seems like to me that if I was a big supply store chain I would have pallets of winter needs stuff stock piled at every store like wood pellets, straw, heaters of every type. Rather it be horse and cattle tanks all the way down to space heater and heat lamps. Your even out of electrial heat tape for water lines. On average though you do pretty good. But every year you should look at the peak months for possibly life threating conditions with weather and stock pile accordingly. I went in to by 8 items for people that needed winter stuff and you where out. Inexcusable.
