I came here with a group of coworkers when traveling for work based off of a recommendation. We all shared everything we got which is the best way to do it in my opinion. We got dumplings in chili sauce, wontons in spicy sauce, Dan Dan noodles, egg rolls, and scallion pancakes for appetizers. For entrees, we got hot sauce style chicken, cumin style lamb, garlic sauce style pork, hot pot style beef, dry chili pepper style shrimp, scallion style fish. Everything was really good. My favorites were the scallion pancakes, Dan Dan noodles, garlic style pork, hot pot style beef, and dry chili pepper style shrimp. The spice levels aren't for the faint of heart, but they can be adjusted. We left them as is and the 8s were very spicy. I think the service could have been a little better. They weren't great about refilling our water and it took a long time to get our bill. We told them before we ordered that we wanted separate checks and they said that was fine, but then when the bill came, they wouldn't split it and would only let us use two credit cards. I really enjoyed the food. Just make sure to have alternative ways of splitting the bill if you need to.

Food is great in general, but even with the same dish taste can be hit or miss depends on which chef cook your meal? But in general, it's my favorite to go spicy chinese food place.

Had their eggplant in garlic sauce. If I underestimate eggplant, try this, because I used to underestimate this. This one is so flavorful!!!! A mix of sweet and sour and a tamarindish taste. Had their hotpot beef. Good quality of beef and spicy flavor. Their is soup is thick and laden with egg and tofu.

We really enjoyed Cheng Du. The food was excellent and not the typical Chinese food. It is very unique, spicy and enjoyable.

Really good curry noodles, and overall very good taste for the commonly sought out plates.

IF I could give it zero stars I would. The food was awful. I had the Mongolian Beef. The beef was very thinly sliced and it looked like bacon. That is because 2/3 of each slice was FAT. The sauce was greasy. It was inedible. Dumplings were ok, twice cooked pork was greasy but edible. Hot and sour soup was mediocre. They do have a nice system in place to deal with COVID. You pick up and at their specially constructed window for contactless pick up. I really wanted to like this place since earlier reviews were good but this food was really bad.

They kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes for my order (which I had placed several days earlier) AND they showed me extremely bad attitude when I called them to ask about my order status. Ridiculous. I would say that their food is okay but they have below-average standard regarding how they treat customers, especially during peak time.

Authentic Szechuan Chinese food. Located in corner of a suburban shopping plaza, the modest restaurant is clean, and service is good. Don’t expect Cantonese style food - but the spicy (adjustable) style of inner Szechuan (ma-la) food.
