Drove down from Moreno Valley to get some Christmas presents wrapped. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices weren't that bad. I need them to open one up in the Inland Empire. Highly recommend

Horrible experience at the paper source at south coast plaza. After a strenuous long work day I raced to my local paper source so I could get wrapping paper for my gifts on my only free time until Christmas. The paper source said it was open until 9:00pm. To my surprise when I showed up at 7:02 they locked the door in front of my face and said closed. I started crying and said “please I need to get wrapping paper I have no other time” the manager saw how upset I was and began to laugh. Will never come back.
