Only Love

It’s a small store. I kinda got the impression that they weren’t impressed with my one card purchase. I needed an Easter card for my daughter. They seem to respond differently to people who are buying more. The girl said “just this?” When I checked out. Maybe I’m being sensitive, but I didn’t hear them say that to anyone else. To me business is business and everyone should be treated the same regardless of how much they are buying. Maybe if someone had made suggestions throughout my visit I would have purchased more. The selection of cards is beautiful though.

Visited on 8/26/20 and the person behind the counter could not have been LESS helpful. In a time where retailers need customers more than ever, THIS store should be mindful of the customer experience. I tried to engage her in helping with colors for an invitation and she was not interested. Finally had to say to her "you look thrilled!" and she responded "i'm ok". The customer is the one who should be made to feel "ok". Don't need to go here again.

Been here 3x and each time, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I just left out of the store, one person was on the phone and the other pressing buttons at the register. They only speak to white people
