I visited this shop for the first time the other day and got some lovely gifts for my sister. The British woman working there was really helpful and kind and I thought the customer service was great. Unfortunately, the customer before me was being extremely rude to her but she dealt with it well and professionally. It's really such a shame that some customers are so rude to people working in retail and in the hospitality sector too. I will definitely be going back there for my daughter's birthday coming up soon!

I had two gifts wrapped for my husband for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and it was spectacular. Laural did amazing job. This store is so amazing. The colors of the Paper were so beautiful to look at. I will be coming back for all my paper needs.
I came into your store recently and was greeted by Camilla. She was such a delight and so attentive. Camilla had a positive attitude during my shopping experience and was patient, helpful, knew the store and was super easy to talk to. Job well done!!
This place has fantastic customer service! This was my first time in this store. I was helped by a super sweet and knowledgeable British lady. I will definitely be back!
This is the cutest place in the VB! The price of their stuff are high but they are too cute and funny! Some of their stuff are affordable and worth tho like the banana mug I bought for 12.99. Some of their gifts are funny, like the "How to make your bed" book is such a good gift for your bf/husband/son and daughter! They got many pretty wrapping papers and gift bags too so if you want to make your gift fancy and don't really care about the price then this is the right place for you.
Went to do a happy return for Revolve at this location. The girl at the register had a superiority complex and just an attitude. She was a Brit like myself but a classless one. I wanted to look around the store and purchase some items but the lack of customer service was frightening.
Camilla was so helpful and friendly. Great place with great employees!
