Had an insurance claim and they were listed as a viable Body Shop to use and since they are located close to my house I choose them. Wow! The reviews I read before hand all said great things. And, every review was accurate. This is as nice of a Body Shop that I've ever seen. Very professional and very accurate in what they need to do to the vehicle. Whether you have used several Body Shops in the past or you've used none, Body Shops always have a reputation in the car/truck world. Good or Bad. This place does excellent work. And, they stand behind their work for as long as you own the vehicle. Just a great place!
After a car accident Shadow Lake exceeded my expectations in how they treated me and finished my car. Not only were they completed with the repairs a week early, but they got all the parts from Subaru instead of using generic parts. I got my car back completely cleaned on the inside which was great and not expected at all! They also touched up a door dent that I had prior and they gave us the extra touch up paint. They continued to update us via email on the status of the updates and called often. I was blown away at their customer service and how well they treated my vehicle. I would definitely use them again.
