Was just a regular lunch day, or so I thought . . Absolutely amazing philly cheese steak, will be back to make my way through the rest of the menu!

So this place has Philly Cheese steak sandwiches that are out of this world. They are over priced to a fault, but they are so good I don't mind driving the 40 minutes to get them. The inside is no frills. Nothing special. Informal seating and a soda machine. Bare bones. But the food... wow. And their fries? So amazing fresh. Door dash delivery their fries are nasty but fresh? Cannot be beat. Definitely recommend you give this place a try.
4 1/2 stars. Best cheese steaks in Texas. I grew up in Philadelphia so this is as close to home as i can get. Only knock is on the bread but its still really good
Pretty good overall. A bit rich and salty, but good prices. A little slow during the lunch rush, but overall worth it.

Ordered thru waitr for pick up got back and was missing half the food. Called to see if they would deliver the food since it was there mistake and was told no... less than 5mi... asked if I could get a discount for the inconvenience and was told NO... guess what last time I eat there...
The place was clean. The food was fresh. The person behind the counter was courteous. More specifically about the cheese steaks. Sims complain the there is not enough meat. The meat was enough and cooked perfectly. The bread was toasted and crispy adding the right compliment to the tender meat. This may not be a true Philly cheese steak but hey, this is Texas and it has a Texas flair! I usually go to the original on Ella since I work in that area. This one was better than that one but only by slim margins. My family and I spend 53.00 for four meals, fries and drinks. That was not bad at all. When we go out to eat, I usually spend about 100.00. So this was pretty affordable. I read the other reviews before coming and I'm not sure if they just had bad experiences, unreasonable expectations or a little of both. Either way, we will definitely be back as it was a hit with everyone in the family which is rare.
Amazing philly cheese steaks!!! Hands down probably the best you will get in houston!! They are a must try don't pass up the opportunity to have some amazing food!!
