We went in 3 months ago and were greeted by Jason Hughes. We were a little sad to hear that it may take a year to get the tractor we wanted. Jason got all the information from us on what we wanted and worked for 3 months on piecing together the tractor we wanted. Having parts shipped in from all over the US. We feel so blessed that he worked so hard to make our dreams a reality. Thank you Jason, we appreciate your dedication and hard work more than you will ever know! Jackie

Am in the market for two Honda 2200 watt generators to use with the Honda parallel kit. Anticipated cost over 2500. Called three times this morning, Saturday 11/14/2020. Twice @ 10:19am & once @ 10:20am with all three calls answered by an answering machine stating that they were "closed at this time" and stating that their hours were "Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am -1pm" There was no option to leave a message so I figured they were just too busy to answer the phone? So I drive 40 plus minutes one way (30 miles one way) into Eugene from Cottage Grove only to find a sign on the door of their new winter hours stating that they were closed on Saturday & Sunday! I guess Cascade Lawn & Garden will be getting my money ..........

I called in this last week for parts and was assisted by a man named Chris. He was extremely helpful in parts and services. The store had everything in stock and they were open on Saturday. Very knowledgeable employees and convenient hours.

They gave me a quote on some lawn mower parts. Went in 2 weeks later to purchase them and the parts went up in price. I showed them their quote and was frustrated they would not honor it. I told them I would just shop online and they replied "sounds good". I guess if I bought a tractor they would treat me better. It's easy to find parts online, i was just trying to support local.
