My family has been with Paradigm Family Health for two years. And I have only two words to describe this practice: consistently excellent. From the very first visit, Dr. Benson proved herself to be the most impressive physician with which I've ever had contact. Why? By spending time with my family, she became completely informed about our unique situations and could get to the heart of problems and manage them. By treating us as human beings and not like records to push through the insurance machine. By taking care of every aspect of our cases — up to and including directing Emergency Department staff when my five-year-old son was taken in with abdominal pains on Christmas Eve. Dr. Benson once said that working with her is like having a doctor in the family. Someone you can text with a problem, somebody you can talk to with comfort and ease, somebody you can rely on to really care. And that's exactly how it feels to work with her. She gets 5 stars across the board from me. 5 star diagnostician. 5 star communicator. 5 star provider. 5 star everything.

Dr. Benson and Paradigm Family Health are the best thing that have happened with my health in a long time! Dr. Benson really takes the time to get to know each patient, and to understand everything that is going on. I love that she's a generalist and doesn't just focus on one body part - she looks at the big picture. And her business model saves me so much money! No matter what I need, if she can do it in her office it's included in the monthly membership fee. And her discounted rates for lab tests are often substantially less than I used to pay with traditional insurance. She's very caring, honest, and up front about anything. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Benson and her practice!

Great doctor! Doesn't rush patients out the door. Is willing to take time out of her day and night to answer patient's health related questions via text, email, or phone call. Has a great system of maintaining medical records that is immediately accessible by the patient. I have access to all of my labs. Also notifies a patient immediately of any pertinent medical information related to their health. With Dr. Benson I know I'm in good hands.

Dr Benson is hands down the best! Her approach to medicine and billing is truly inspirational for the healthcare industry! I am not able to afford full medical insurance for my employees but I can afford Dr Bensons program and my team can get all basic medical care when they need it! She's an exceptional dr and an even better person that truly cares about her patients!
