AVOID! RUN!! #Shopelsewhere They will approve you as soon as you sign the application and give you a lease to sign then hold you accountable even though you do NOT meet their income eligibility. #SKETCHYBUSINESS!! Chelsea Trivelli, Terrilynn Halbleib. Horrible business practice! #Slumlords They will set students up for failure!!!!! They want 500 to erent\ an apartment that should have NEVER been offered a lease in the first place!!!!!! #Scam. They just want to take 500 for nothing....

All of the properties that I have visited are well maintained and any issues that arise are dealt with quickly. The absolute best place I have lived at and the best management company I have dealt with. Lived here a year ago and still miss the management company, especially with the incompetence I am deal with now. The management, maintenance, and contractors they use are all super friendly and quick to respond. They have shoveling and de-icing done quickly. All maintenance was super quick also. Very pet friendly and have plenty of doggie waste receptacles. Management is so great they even offered to have maintenance check in on your apartment during winter break. My townhouse was well maintained and there were zero issues with the unit. Everything was clean and looked very nice. No issues with hearing neighbors through the walls. You go Paradigm!
