After researching on Google for a pond company that does repairs, I chose Paradise Ponds and Waterfalls of Atlanta. I spoke to Jeff directly and explained that I had a leak in my pond. The water kept going down, but no water to be seen outside on the ground. He said he was very busy at this time. I waited patiently for him to get back to me, which he did and diagnosed the problem immediately. No leak, just the bio filter media was placed in wrong in the upper waterfall filter. What a relief. He cleaned the filters and completed the job the same day. It was great to have someone who is knowledgeable and reliable. If I ever have another pond problem, I will use him again.

Jeff takes a lot of pride in his work. Every stone is meticulously placed. He uses great quality equipment from Aquascape, which produces a very low maintenance pond. He has been instrumental in educating me in selecting and caring for my koi. After the sale, he texts me from time to time just to check how things are going.

I reached out to this company for help with my pond due to having leakage issues. I was advised by Jeff to send photos to see if an assessment could be made. If not, they’d charge 150 to come out and give me an estimate. I wasn’t impressed by the assessment fee but I sent the photos nonetheless and never heard back from him. Seems to be the norm these days..sadly, I wasn’t surprised. UPDATE 12/16/2020 The email I sent with photos (12/4/2020) was after my initial email (12/2/2020). I didn't receive a response back until after this review which was yesterday, 12/15/2020. Furthermore, why would I try to assess my own pond issue? Wouldn't this be the reason I called to begin with?

Jeff was able to troubleshoot and repair a water leak quickly despite his busy schedule which I really appreciated. Also he added LED lights to the stream and waterfall which look great at night. I highly recommend him!
