I have left good reviews in the past for other Hiccups locations but this one has some fishy business going on. I got to the location this afternoon and placed my order at 2:37pm, I was told that the order would take 25 to 30min (which I was ok with) and was told nothing else. I waited in my car for half an hour so I wouldn't wait in the cold and when I went to pick up my order at 3:10 the doors were locked, no notice of anything even before I placed my order. There was another person who had just placed their order after me and she got her order handed to her and she left and they placed a notice by the door that they would be closed until 4:30pm. I tried to get the attention of the worker inside but she just ignored me. No explanation or anything. I never received my order which I had already paid for and had to go to another place to get my lunch. Now I'm looking at my bank account and there is a payment of almost 30 for an order that I never received from Hiccups. Now I don't know if they gave my order to someone else, or they expected me to wait for more than two hours (on my lunch break) just to figure out what happened with my order. I previously had given five stars to this place and never had a complaint with customer service or fraudulent charges. I have emailed them and been trying to call the location after work with more than 5 attempts now and they do not pick up. This is the first time ever I leave a 1 star review. The one star is because at least they took my money and sent me a receipt...

Great place for delicious food!! The beef is amazing, more like steak! The drinks are great as well. Good variety and so much to taste
I won't eat here again chicken was over cooked (dry) the beef pad noodles the beef was not cut up was tough tasted funny watched 4 orders taken after mines and they received them before me first time last time

Pretty epic little Asian fusion eatery & teahouse. Some pretty interesting & tasty items on the menu that I recommend you try out.
