Paramount Auto has been part of our family for many years. Having leased or purchased our previous five vehicles from Paramount, it was an easy decision to return for our sixth. We had driven cars from a few other manufacturers in the past, but have been treated like family at Paramount from our first purchase. Their sales team works together to ensure an efficient shopping and purchasing experience. The service department responds respectfully to any issue and schedules prompt, thorough service while providing a comfortable waiting area, or a courtesy vehicle for lengthier service calls.

Great Sales Experience for 2 Vehicles! I contacted Paramount about a Genesis G70 on their lot. We negotiated the lease term within a few text messages and short phone call. They even held the vehicle for me for 1 week with a small deposit since I was out of town on vacation when I initiated the sales transition. During our conversation, I also mentioned our lease ending on my wife's SUV. Ryan noticed that the one new Palisade had just arrived on their lot. We discussed pricing and I was happy with their lease terms. Management allowed Ryan to hold this \hot\ new vehicle for me so it was still available upon my arrival to lease the Genesis. I arrived on Friday and within a short 2 hours performed the test drives, financial paperwork and went over all of the technical features for both vehicles. I had an excellent experience at this dealership and highly recommend visiting them for your next Hyundai or Genesis purchase.

Mateo at Paramount was fantastic from start to finish. The day before making our trip, he was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls, working around what I'm sure was an otherwise busy day. The day of our appointment, he had already pulled the car around and was waiting upon our arrival. Mateo was knowledgeable about the car, its features and its remaining warranty. He facilitated a smooth process down to matching financing terms so we could take the car home same day. Highly recommend.
