I cannot say enough good things about So. Cal Stairs! You've heard of the dog ate my homework? Well, our little beasts ate our staircase and since we are selling our home, this needed to be remedied and quickly! I called no less than 12 contractors. Eric got back to me right away and did a phone estimate based on pictures. The following week, So.Cal Stairs didn't just send a contractor, they sent a master craftsman to my house and reconstructed the stairs to perfection. We were worried about the stain match, but once again, So.Cal Stairs said they had a guy who's job it was specifically to match the color. His team came out two days later and within one hour, our house was restored to it's move in glory! Absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more thrilled. They were professional, efficient and I wouldn't hesitate in calling them again.

After getting bids from other stair companies I choose So-Cal Stairs. They took their time to understand what I wanted, discussed options, and presented me with a clear quote for the job. The workers where professional and polite that clearly knew what they where doing. As with most construction projects things did not go 100% smoothly. This is where So-Cal shined, they didn't make excuses, they dealt with the issues head on and didn't quit until I was happy. It's obvious they take pride in their work.
