From the moment I started using VSS they were very helpful. I received a quick response and a detailed quote. The 2 technicians removed my old air compressor and brought in a new replacement. I am very satisfied with the price and the service, it was exactly as described in our conversations and in the quote. It's nice when you receive a little extra special care. I was up and running without any loss of time. I now use VSS for my regular compressor service as well.
Worst of the Worst, Poor knowledge.The mechanic didn't really know what he was doing with our air compressor, one of our employees knew more about the unit then the actual mechanic, we got charged an arm and a leg and the machine is in the same condition, not fuctioning correctly as it was when we first called these people. Never again. Very expensive as well.
I needed help with my air compressor so I decided to seek professional help. I contacted VSS but they couldn't do anything for me because I have a gas powered air compressor. They didn't even wanna touch it, even though the engine was fine, it was my unloading valve and regulator that we're giving me issues. Los Angeles needs more air compressor professionals.
