This is one of best BB&B stores in North Jersey. Has huge collection of almost all household items. If any product is not available in store, they offer free shipping to home. Associates are really nice and helpful. The customer service is also very welcoming. I have been shopping in this BB&B for past 8 years. I never had any issues with returns/exchange. This store also has huge number of parking spots, parking is never a problem.
Company supposed to be pet friendly. Went today and manager was very rude about us bringing our dog into the store. We left immediately and will never come back. Maybe update your policies online and state clearly that dogs are not allowed in the store.
Wonderful store located on the 2nd floor under the Christmas Tree Shop. Park on the ground floor & take the elevator, & you'll avoid the annoying speed bumps on the 2bd floor garage. This store's layout is slightly different that the BBB on RT 17 North, at the Fashion Center, but that's okay. It has a drink bar where you can taste tea, coffee & sodas from around the world! Very nice. Of course it also has all the knick knacks & useful appliances, gadgets, sheets, vacuum cleaners etc there as well. There's also a small Harmon in store, but the one on 17 North is bigger. Overall I love this store. Remember to save up & take your 20% off coupons! They accept them for every item, even if expired. Awesome .
I recommend this Bed Bath & Beyond to everyone. Not all BB &B's are the same. This one however is the jelly to the peanut butter sandwich! Not only do they have a marketplace, I love their gourmet picks. Really one of the stores that transports people into their happy places. Another huge bonus at this BB&B, is their ginormous wall of coffee, teas, chai and hot cocoa. mmmn mmmn yummo!!! And sometimes they have little appetizer taste testing for their products that are on display. Good thing to know in their food section if by chance something is say one day over the date of expiration not a big deal if it soda or coffee they'll give you a 50% discount and if you have your 20% coupon you'll get that taken off too. What a bargain! They have a huge selection in there Harmon section. And helpful staff with what ever your heart desires or taste buds. What I like about the whole complex is that there id a Christmas Tree shop on the 3rd floor. And Bed Bath &Beyond is on the 2nd floor. And in the adjent parking lot is Ikea, what's not to love. Great pick for a weekend of happielness for all the senses. And kid friendly shopping.. at Ikea there is an awesome play area for kids to jump around in a ball basin.
